[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely cooling (on either side), comfortable but does not contour to your neck and body like other pillows. Most importantly it weighs a ton. My husbands and my hands get numb if we try to comfortably put our hands under the pillow to hug it while we sleep.

I cannot even begin explaining how incredible these pillows are. We haven't changed our pillows in a long time out of fear that we wouldn't find that one perfect pillow. Well we finally found the perfect ones !!! It is soft and firm. It conforms perfectly to your head. I can't even explain it. Amazing pillow.

Side sleeper with obstructive sleep apnea. First night using I slept for over 9 hours and had less than 2 waking episodes, according to my CPAP readings. Magic?! (FWIW I'm using with a single insert.)

The cooling effect works but the neck pain was too much and I cannot return it as the 90d return policy is only applicable to mattresses. Thanks to false advertising.
