Too soft and not cooling

Do not buy from this company as they have a no return policy even if the product is unopened. The product I purchased was supposed to be firm and it is very, very soft and has no cooling capabilities at all. They are terrible pillows and I will never purchase from this company again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not love this pillow. It's definitely cool to the touch and it weighs a lot too, but after it settles it's impossible to refluff! Definitely for a back sleeper not supportive enough for a side sleeper. Wish I could return.

I was very excited to try these pillows. The product would be great if not overly inflated like a balloon. It was quite sad and disheartening that these pillows were so thick. Then I called their customer service to explain the situation. They explained that their policy is absolutely no returns on pillows!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the Symphony pillow before and decided to go for a change. This pillow allows your head to sink in to just the perfect place, although I didn't feel any real cooling going on. The only other comment is that the pillow is heavy, but then Tempur-Pedic pillows tend to be a bit weighty. My husband loves his as well, and we put the Symphony pillows in the guest room!
