[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow felt good for around 3 minutes and then it goes completely flat where your head is laying! Tried to return and they won't take returns. I bought 2 of them and never even opened the other one. Very disappointed!

My husband gives me a hard time about wanting to try new pillows. We both ABSOLUTELY love our dual cooling pillow. It supports your neck even when you are sleeping on your back or side and when you turn you feel the coolness on your face. LOVE LOVE LOVE Biggest testament is his positive comments this morning. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who can be a "hot" sleeper and who has difficulty dropping off to sleep, these Tempur- Cloud pillows have been much appreciated. At first you find yourself really sinking into the pillow and wondering where the support is going, but then you discover how malleable the pillow is and how you can shape it to any position. Plus, it seems the airflow within it does enable it to remain cool, something unusual in a foam pillow. With my problems I had recently bought a collection of supposedly cool pillows which, considering the prices, generally end in disappointment. Not the case here. These pillows are worth it!
