I bought 2 new queen size pillows because I am a previous customer who bought the same pillows in King size. The new queen size pillows are HORRIBLE! They do not get cool or feel cool at all. I have shared my concern with Tempur-Pedic customer service and they won't do anything! This is a failed product and failed customer service by Temper-Pedic period!

I've had a tempurpedic pillow for +10 years that I LOVED and took care of, but the quality was finally waning and it was becoming soft. I wanted another firm pillow, but the only "firm" was designed for side-sleeping and I needed a standard shape. My old pillow was like a rock in the cold so I thought medium-firm would be good. I'm sad to say it's far more "medium" than firm. Cooling feature is nice but weirdly crinkly. I'm very grateful I got this during a sale. I'd return it at full price. I'll check back for more/better firm options, hoping for a return to original firmness.

I bought two pillows and wanted to return the unopened pillow and the company will not take it back. I will never buy something from a company that does not have a return policy. Considering how much the pillow cost there should be exception since you order online and not from a store. How do you know if you are going to like the product without testing it out first?
