[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I paid over $150 hoping this pillow would be comfortable. Unfortunately, it is extremely uncomfortable. The pillow is not firm at all and I sink into it all the way. This pillow does not offer any neck or back support at all. Now I wake up every morning with terrible neck and back pain. I will never use this pillow ever again. I'm going back to my very old pillow that offers better support. And because it's a pillow, I be can't return or exchange it so now I'm stuck with an expensive pillow that I will never use.
