[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really, really love this pillow. I was a little skeptical on how cool it would really be, but I can now attest to the claims, and it works! I tend to sweat and get hot easily, and this has been a game-changer. Even after using a pillow cover and having, well, hair on my head, it still gets cold and probably lasts around 10-20 min (for me at least). Additionally, the foam of the pillow and how it conforms to your body is fantastic. I'm a back sleeper. One thing of note is how heavy it is. It is a very heavy pillow.

It's a very very bad deal. I bought the most expensive pillows and they are zero comfortable and they don't have return policy for that. So I spent my money and still sleeping badly

Guys please make sure before purchasing these pillows because they don't have returning and exchanging policy, I am really disappointed with their customer service it is horrible they say repeatedly it is just company policy thats it ! However, I bought this pillows because of neck pain but it doesn't help at all and very heavy, I wasted almost 400$ uhhh okay it happens sometimes, this is my the last time to use their unusable pillows !

I assumed that "pillow technology" was always pretty simple, but they've obviously done something to make this pillow work beyond my expectations. It's a very comfortable and exactly satisfies my pillow preference perfectly (firm but with some squish). It's my first king-sized pillow, so getting used to the new size did take a moment to adjust to.

I am a side sleeper and have tried so many pillows even the specialty ones from tempur pedic and sleep number. Finally found one that is the perfect height for me to be comfortable and not wake up with neck ache. Also the cooling feature is amazing. We ordered the Luxe Breeze bed and can't wait to try it too!
