[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband needed a new pillow and showed me this pillow online. I was skeptical at first simply because these are not inexpensive. Yet, it was buy one get one 50% off and so I decided that I could do with a new pillow myself, even though I am the worst for hating all pillows, especially new ones. Following reading the reviews coupled with the deal, I decided to give it a shot. I am SO glad I did! This is the first time in my life that I didn't wake up in the morning following sleeping on a new pillow that I didn't feel like I had stiffness and soreness equivalent to a 2x4 in my neck and shoulders. We both love the slow give that molds to your own body matching the timing of relaxation into slumberland, the coolness factor that was neither too cold nor too hot, and the fact that I didn't regret the purchase. Money well spent!

This pillow was so expensive and is the worst pillow I've ever had. It flattens completely out as soon as I lay my head on it. Has caused neck pain from not Supporting my next through the night. And.... No returnable or refundable. I'll never buy from Tempur-Pedic again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We went through several pillows that initially felt good but quickly flattened out, leaving us with headaches and neck pain. Decided that in our late 40s, we deserved better. I splurged for my husband's bday and got a pair of these pillows (on sale). So glad I did. It took a little bit to get used to the denser, heavier pillows, but they are SO MUCH MORE SUPPORTIVE! My husband constantly comments that he's pleasantly surprised at how cooling the pillow is, even with above mentioned density. Now if we could just get to sleep earlier....

It is noticeable heavier than any other pillow I have ever owned, but I quickly got used to that and now am buying a second so that my partner and I stop fighting over it. Better cooling effect than I have ever seen, and so so soft.

The customer service person said, "this happens all the time" but was not able to simply send the second one. I see that TempurPedic NOW says that you have to add two to the cart to get the deal. It's a pity the customer experience was so terrible - and it's not done yet, I'm afraid. They've yet to resolve it. But my wife loves the pillow.
