[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the pillow. Probably should've gotten queens size and not king. King is a little long! Can definitely feel the chill when you lay on it. I noticed though after a few minutes it goes away. Hopefully this helps with summer coming, I sleep hot!

Do not buy from Tempur-Pedic!!!! They are one of the worst companies to deal with if you are unsatisfied with their product. I did not like the Tempur-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling pillows, and wanted to exchange 1 of the 2 pillows, I purchased, not return, exchange an unopened boxed pillow for the Tempur-Cloud Pro Cooling Pillow. Tempur-Pedic would not do it. Absolute worst company!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!

This pillow is firm, but it conforms to your head. It is the only pillow I've ever had that stays cool throughout the night. I'm always hot and this has made a world of difference.

Bought this expensive pillow thinking it will be something very good. I was very wrong. Pillow is very firm (yet described on the website as medium). Woke up with a neck pain. Bought 2 pillows, and both individuals were very uncomfortable when sleeping on it. When I called the customer service to address the matter, they mentioned that they don't exchange. What a SCAM from tempur pedic. Tempur-pedic, more like try your luck or lose your money.
