[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] decent memory form pillow, it's very hard at first, the first night I didn't sleep well. Then gradually it start to get softer. Now it's been use it for 3 weeks, it actually quite soft, sometimes I would feel the support was not enough, so I had to turn around or flip it to make it enough support. Over all it's good pillow, I will continue to use it, hope it will last me few years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After 3 years of chiropractic adjustments and massages every week I still was suffering from pretty bad neck pain. Since I bought my pillows and new mattress my neck pain is a lot better. I would of loved to have purchase the matching mattress but it's out of my price range right now. One day I'll get one I really think my back pain would be gone completely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cooling Gel worked very good and I also liked the size of the pillow and it seemed to be made very well. I thought the density of the pillow was to stiff, needs to be more marshmallow like, did not return back to shape quickly enough so I felt like I was always in a hole when turning my head. I would not recommend for side sleepers but should be OK for back sleepers. If the density of the pillow was more marshmallow like then It would be a great pillow.
