[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillows work great, with quality memory foam that supports firmly while still giving way for your head. Cooling mechanisms are impressive, far better than other memory foam pillows I've used previously. Only complaint was the depth/thickness of the pillow, which was too thin for my liking. Unfortunately the pillows here are non-returnable.

However, the pillow is too soft and I am constantly flipping it over through the night to help provide more support to my neck. I wish it kept its form better.

The perfect pillow for side sleepers

This is my third tempur pedic pillow, but the first of this kind. My previous ones were the standard cloud pillow which I tried to make work but were just too soft for me and I would still get neck pain or headaches. Considering tempur pedic doesn't let you return pillows, I feel like ordering from them is a gamble but if nothing else, you can add ones that don't fit your sleep style to your guest bedrooms, never hurts to have extra pillows. With that being said, I noticed this product advertised being med-firm and works for most side sleepers. I was a bit skeptical especially at the price point but decided to take another try at tempur pedic and I'm so glad I did. I had done so much reviews on best pillows for side sleepers but quality seemed to be lacking with other brands. The one thing that shocked me is other users saying this pillow leaned to the heavy firm side. I personally disagree and think this pillow offers just the right amount of firmness for a side sleeper or even back sleeper. Your head still sinks in and contours perfectly around the neck. I'm over a month in with this pillow and finally feel I've found the perfect pillow for a full nights sleep without tossing, turning, or morning neck pain. Love this pillow and quality, definitely worth the higher price especially with the sales they often offer on the website. Look forward to eventually getting a second one.

And at night as laying on my pillow my head and neck gets hot, therefore makes my head and neck itch bad. With this new Tempur-Pedic cooling pillow it helps to cool my head and next so I sleep better. I've tried other with no relief. I will suggest anyone to buy these pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tend to sleep hot and this pillow keeps the right temperature regardless of the ambient temp. I prefer memory foam pillows so I decided to try Tempur after having some not so great pillows from others. It has good level of support, it might seem a little tall at first but the cushion will settle to the right size. I sleep on my side and it seems like the right support level, not waking up with any neck or shoulder issues from the pillow. So far so good, would buy again if this wears out after the warranty!

I should have read the exchange policy, but anything that isn't a mattress can't be exchanged. My fiancé and I got the same pillow; I like mine, but hers is way too hard for her. Sounds like we're stuck with it. I guess just don't buy anything online unless you've tested it in the store first.
