[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been a life-long search for the best sleeping pillow for me! The feathers pillows with which I was raised were not nearly supportive enough. I slept on this fabulous pillow at my daughter's home and was amazed that all neck pain was eased in one night on it. Soon thereafter, I reveled in having my own. It's been over two months and I'm smitten!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The material is so soft, yet firm enough to keep me from getting neck pain. Every morning since I was finally able to use it I've been able to wake up without neck pain. To a certain extent it's even alleviated some back pain and pain in my shoulders. The pillow is mostly cool with little heat and allows for less tossing and turning at night or during day naps. This is certainly the next best thing to having a Tempur-Pedic mattress and bed! I most certainly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this pillow 2 years ago and LOVED it. Unfortunately I forgot it in a hotel a few weeks ago and ordered a replacement. The replacement is awful. It completely smooshes flat nightly and is definitely not the same as the other one. It has no support and I unfortunately am unable to return it due to tempurpedic's policy.

Cooling mechanisms are impressive, far better than other memory foam pillows I've used previously. Only complaint was the depth/thickness of the pillow, which was too thin for my liking. Unfortunately the pillows here are non-returnable.
