Definitely good quality pillow. However, this is not medium firm by any stretch of the imagination. This is a soft pillow. Would be great for a back sleeper. It squishes down way too much and does not have enough support for a side sleeper.

Since I used this TEMPUR-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling for a month, the pain has gone gradually everyday. I can notice much improvement on my pain at this moment. This pillow saves my life!
