Way too much give, not safe or comfortable for side sleepers

Extremely squishy with almost no firmness, though somehow also extremely heavy. Terrible for me as a side sleeper. Is basically flat if I've leaned against it for any amount of time. Frustrated at return policy

In the beginning, no neck issues, even when I wake up sideways sometimes, and I look forward to rolling over to sleep. It deserves 5 stars.

Really shocked that from the brand and price. it was like cheap reg pillow. Would I knew it was like that I would of not purchase it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a temper pedic pillow years ago , but no longer usable, so I decided to upgrade to a new cooling pillow. It wasn't a medium feel to me, in fact it felt like it zero support. I want my old firm support so my neck isn't worse when I wake up. Also, I still wake up with sweaty hair, so the cooling isn't enough to keep my head cool.
