I purchased this pillow for when I sleep on my stomach. I purchased the neck pillow for side and back sleeping. Seriously, they changed my life. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't switched pillows in some time and am pretty picky about my sleep products. I was super excited after ordering this pillow but it has not lived up to expectations, not even close. It is certainly cooling to the touch and when you first lay down, maybe a bit too much but it warms up over time and takes on the body temperature. The issue with this pillow is that it becomes extremely thin from the weight of your head and is not supportive at all. If I could return it, I gladly would. I still use it due to the sunk cost but will most likely make it into a summer home or visitor pillow very soon and will never buy another product from Tempur-Pedic. Want a comfortable pillow - look elsewhere! p.s. I am a side sleeper
