[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this pillow and I am very picky with pillows. The pillow is fairly heavy weights and is truly fine for back or side sleepers, as I do both. I gave the pillow 4 stars because sometimes it doesn't stay super cool. It certainly never gets hot like some other memoryfoam material, but it isn't cool to the touch or on your cheek. Overall, I definitely enjoy the pillow and think it was worth the money I paid for it. One other thing to note, it is a pretty thick pillow so if you like less pillow between your head and the bed to fit in your shoulders, this pillow might not be for you.

I was a loyal Tempur-Pedic customer. Bed, topper for the spare room and especially the pillows. This (older version) pillow was cooling on one only side. They were the best pillows! Completely resolved my neck pain years ago. My head sinks in and this pillow offers no support. My neck pain has never been worse after trying these. Too expensive with zero exchange options. So disappointing!

Our TEMPUR-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling pillows are soooo amazing. The cool to the touch, so when you lay your head on them, you just feel coolness all over. They are soft, but not sink down to the bottom soft. We are side sleepers, and this pillow is exactly what we need. This is a quality product, and we will never try another pillow again!!!! This one is a keeper!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you want to stay cool this pillow is for you. It definitely stays cool. It is not, however, a fluffy pillow. It took a few nights to get used to it. It felt stiff at first but now it is super comfy. I like that it came with a zip-off cover that is easy to wash. I sleep good with the pillow - and I am super picky about my pillows. It is very heavy though so traveling with it will be more difficult.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was always a loyal temperpedic customer. Bed, topper for the spare room and especially the pillows. No more. I bought these Temper Cloud to replace my temperpedic bed pillows that were almost 5 years old. . My head sinks to the level of little cervical support and I've experienced terrible neck aches and shoulder pain since I got them. I've given it 2 full months. I would pay extra to have the same quality products!! Unfortunately it's a though they wanted to keep the price point the same but use less quality materials.
