For back sleepers, I would say it might be just a bit too lofty. The first week, the pillows were a little hard but they got softer and more much more comfortable after.

The pillow smells absolutely awful, like metal. Customer service says this is "normal" and did nothing to help. Didn't even offer to replace. Now I'm out all this money and have nothing to sleep on. They need to revisit their return policy regarding pillows bc this is unacceptable.

These are the worst pillows I've ever had. I would give 0 stars if possible. They go flat throughout the night and give you a headache by morning. Also, my husband didn't read the return policy before buying so we paid all this money for the worst pillows ever. Tempurpedic has not been helpful at all. I just can't believe that a store would have a policy where you can't return something that is bought online. Just ridiculous. If you're considering these pillows, see if they are in store first so you can try them out and make sure it's 100% something you'll love. We will never be buying anything from Tempurpedic again.
