[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is very heavy and appears to be manufactured with quality. The pillow's cooling only lasts for a few minutes. Maybe, that's because our bodies tend to automatically adjust to temperature changes. But of concern is the fact that once your head lays on the pillow, it flattens out at near paper thin density. I understand the pillow is supposed to contour to your head, but it gets too flat. I filed an inquiry with Tempur-Pedic. Just waiting on their remedy. By the way, i van a Temper-Pedic mattress that is excellent.
