[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually bought this for my husband. He is a hot sleeper and hasn't been using a pillow because he is and odd bird. Anyway he loves my temper pedic pillow so when I saw this I knew he would love it. He does! His favorite feature is the cooling part and the support it gives him. There is always and adjustment period when getting a new pillow but he is starting to sleep better and more comfortably.

It says medium to firm it's the softest pillow I've ever used. Zero support my head sinks right down to the mattress. My neck hurts now as it offers ZERO support. I had a different tempur pedic pillow before and it was great. Save your money.
