We do feel the coolness of the pillow which makes for a great rest. Great item to pair with temperpedic mattress to create a comfortable bed. I would recommend this item to family and friends.

The first time trying the pillows they feel great but by morning the are hard and flat. Don't purchase these pillows. They definitely do cool but since they have no support they are a waste of money.

Not confrontable like my old Tempur-Pedic Pillow

It kind of hurts my head after laying on it for the night. Wish I could have purchased the same pillow again. I have been really happy with that one, but just getting worn out over time.
