This is the worst pillow ever! Purchased two of these for my husband and myself. These pillows flatten out so thin you are sleeping practically on the bed. These are nothing like the original cloud pillow from 2010 which I actually switched back to last night and slept better than the month I've had this other pillow.

The pillows do not have any cooling effects unless you stick as ice pack in the pillow case and they weigh more than a toddler. We tried to return and were told we were SOL for over $200. Will never purchase from TEMPUR again!

It effects my sinuses. I should have returned it but kept hoping the airing out would help but it hasnt thus far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been sleeping on pillows that were meant to be LIKE this but sold for cheaper by other companies for years. They were fine, but after trying this I won't sleep on any other pillow moving forward. The first night I used it was great. Super comfortable and definitely cooling for someone who can't fall sleep on a pillow that warms from body heat. I had such a hard time waking up and getting out of bed the next morning because of how excellent this pillow is. Price is not bad either. I purchased two of them.
