[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried a number of pillows with different fills and claims about cooling. The Cloud Breeze actually provides the cooling it advertises and it does it on both sides. My head and face are comfortable when laying on my side. If I put my arm underneath, I get the bonus cooling to my arm. I haven't had any neck or upper back stiffness which was so common with other brands that I tried. Worth every penny so far!
