Soft pillow and bad customer service

The cooling feature is great. However, it is marketed as a medium feel and it definitely is not. It's soft. Too soft for me, and the same day I received this pillow I requested to exchange for firmer pillow and pay the difference. I was told no. Buyer beware.

Horribly uncomfortable.

I was excited to receive this pillow at first but this pillow is absolutely horrible. My neck pain has only increased. The cooling feel lasts sbout 5 mins and than it feels hot, however, the lack of cooling doesn't bother me l, but I am quite disappointed about how uncomfortable it is. I constantly wake up having to readjust this heavy pillow. I totally regret saving up for two of these pillows. Both my wife and I have found our sleep to be worse since using them. Stay far away from this pillow but If you do want to buy this pillow, try and get it from a retailer who allows you to atleast return them if you hate it, I wish I had done that at least.

Cool, but very stiff

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product does cool, but is very stiff. Do not buy if you need soft pillows, as this will act like a rock, albeit a cold one, for your neck (and unfortunately no returns). That being said, I gave mine to my family members and they loved them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased two of this pillows for my husband and my everyday use. I really wanted to get something that was going to last and stay comfortable so I went with Tempur-Pedic. While the cooling feature of this pillow is great, this pillow is extremely heavy and hard. We also found it be an awkward height, where one pillow isn't quite high enough but it's too much if you add a second. We both have been waking up with headaches more frequently due to this and the hardness. If you toss and turn at night, it is hard to rearrange you pillows due to the weight of the pillow. Maybe we chose the wrong pillow to purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this and another pillow and there was a mixup with the delivery courier that resulted in the package being delivered to a building a few blocks away. This caused me to have to carry back the heavy box, that was nearly bigger than me, several blocks back to my apartment. I had to stop several times on the way back to rest and almost had to call a cab just to get back because of how big the box with no way to carry except for fully in the air above my head, or drag it across the pavement. I tried to politely give this feedback on my experience to Temurpedic and without empathizing at all, or even saying "I'm sorry for your experience of that", they told me to instead just reach out and talk to the delivery company (UPS). End of response. My personal feelings on business are that if you contract with another company, you should personally care about how that company is impacting your customers' experience, instead of treating it like it's not your problem. I would have loved for them to at least say, "thanks for that feedback!" even if that feedback is not going anywhere, at least I would feel more respected than just brushed off. At some point, I will need another pillow in the future, but when I do it won't be from Tempurpedic, since this first impression was very poor and I don't respect the lack of customer care.
