Cool Summer sleeping

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these pillows to replace the Tempur-pedic pillows that came with our bed. It does a nice job with the cool. You'll need to flip it occasionally to get the cool feeling back. It is a nice pillow. The only thing is that it goes a lot flatter when laying on it than I'd like. Our other pillows didn't flatten out as much. It took a bit to get used to. Since I have though, I've enjoyed the pillow. My wife couldn't get used to it. So, it's her pillow that she hugs at night. If you out other pillow cases on it the cooling sensation is greatly diminished.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is heavy. Like if I were a child I would probably have a list of kills from pillow fights with it. But the gel does make for a lovely cool surprise when you last your head down on it. And the foam compresses just right. Every once in a while the foam compresses too much and I have to flip the pillow but to be honest it is really rare. No more fluffing my pillow every night before bed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the squishy yet firm and cooling feel. Do usually turn it over if I wake up in middle of night as cooling wears off, but nice refreshing feel when I do it which helps me go back to sleep. Can't go back to a regular pillow now that I'm used to this.

Creepy cooling

Purchased two of these during a BOGO event. These are dense, heavy foam pillows with cooling layers on both sides. The cooling layers definitely work but are a bit too cool for my tastes. Furthermore, the pillows are so dense that there isn't a lot of neck support so again your head is left in an unnatural position in most sleeping positions. However, if you have some orthopnea, you may enjoy!

No better than a normal foam pillow

The pillow is ok. It's confortable but there are non-name brand pillows much cheaper and equally as comfortable. The cooling gel is nice but not all that noticeable through the pillowcase. Also this could just be me but my girlfriend and I both broke out in acne days after delivery. After washing the detachable pillow exterior a few times it calmed down. Overall good product, not worth the Tempurpedic price tag.

Pillow doesn't even get "cool", thats the only reason I bought the item... Very dissappointed.

Too soft - defective - money wasted - dismal service

Once Tempur-Pedic has your money, they do not care about doing the right thing by their customers. Very disappointing. Wish I'd read the reviews first. I'm clearly not the only duped customer and will never get the defective pillow exchanged or refunded.
