OK, so I'll start with the plusses: The Cooling Gel actually works. The downsides: The pillow is terrible. It compresses down to under 1.5" in height. And I'm not a big guy with a big head or anything (< 170lbs), but the pillow just slowly "deflates" and within 20 minutes of putting your head on it, the entire thing is flat as a board. I woke up with neck pain every night for a week. Now I have to keep a second small pillow under it to keep my head up after this gets all flat. Very dissatisfied; wish I could return it, but they won't let you because it's a personal item.

I bought this pillow because my head always get too hot and I'd flip pillows a thousand times before I'm able to sleep. This breeze dual cooling pillow would be the solution for me, I thought. I believe putting on a pillow cover reduces that coolness of the pillow. This pillow is VERY heavy and it does feel a bit stiff/hard. Because this pillow was so expensive when I bought, I'm willing to give it another chance. If it causes me pain again, I will not be using this. The worse part of all is that there is a no return policy for pillows.

The pillows are huge. I love their size but they are wayyyy too soft. I can't sleep on them because my head feels like it is not supported and sinking in. I am upset at how much I paid for two when I'm not completely happy. If they were more firm then I would love them. but they are useless to me. Beware of the firmness or lack thereof.
