This company locks you into a non-refundable purchase. Which they clearly state pillows are non-refundable unless a defect is found or received damaged. The pillows received not only no longer gave off the cooling effect, they hurt my wife and I necks and shoulders tremendously. We reached out to customer service, horrible experience. She basically read from a statement card and said no refunds. I called again finally spoke with the warranty department and submitted a claim. After the claim was submitted they instantly denied it based on pictures. So the end result less than 15 days we have two pillows in the trash along with hundreds of our hard earned money. Never again will I or anyone I know personally buy from this company.

Great pillow for a hot, stomach sleeper like myself. If you like a firm pillow, this pillow is for you. Tempurpedic products are good products, however, customer service and some of their policies are lacking. Accidentally purchased two of the queen sized pillows when I actually needed the king size. The day the pillows showed up, I knew as soon as I removed them from the box that I had ordered the wrong size. I immediately contacted customer service and was told that there are no returns or exchanges on pillows. I explained that the pillows had literally just arrived and that they could check tracking to confirm. I explained the pillows just came out of the box and have not been slept on! That I don't want a refund but an exchange. The agent then became rude with me and basically said go online and look up their policy on pillows. That it wasn't their mixup nor their problem. It does not make sense to me why they will take return and exchanges on mattresses but not their pillows! Especially when the tracking can show that they just arrived and the person just wants an exchange! My husband and I have been loyal customers of this company for almost two decades and have spent close to $20,000 over that period on their mattresses, pillows, sheet sets and adjustable bases. I've always been happy with their products and customer service, which is why I have been a returning customer for all of these years. But this recent experience has me thinking that in the future, maybe I should buy from a company that actually respects and cares about their customers. Yes, I was the one that accidentally purchased the wrong sized pillows at the end of the day when I was exhausted and my Multiple Sclerosis cognitive fog was rearing it's ugly head. But mistakes happen and there should be more willingness to work with your customers and there should definitely be more respect for your customers, including the disabled clientele like myself. After explaining that I accidentally purchased the wrong sized pillow at the end of a long day and my cognitive fog was terrible and also apologizing for the mess up in ordering then To basically be told, it's your problem, not ours, was just frustrating. And made to feel stupid for the mistake as well. People are going to make mistakes when ordering, we are human after all. A little understanding and compassion goes a long way Tempurpedic.

The pillow doesn't hold it shape over an entire night. I would go to sleep on my side with my head at the right height. I wouldn't wake up an hour or two later, feeling like my head was on the bed with no pillow to speak of. That is the opposite reason I bought a memory foam pillow.

Both my husband and I found the pillows to be too firm. I've tried to sleep on it multiple nights and have ended up switching back to our old pillows because I was not falling asleep. I did not think it was that cool either.

This pillow is hands down the best cooling pillow on the market. Unfortunately, it only cools your head for about 10-15 min. You can keep flipping the pillow to the opposite side for the same effect but there just doesnt seem to be a pillow that will consistently keep your head cool for hot sleepers. I still have to recomend it for hot sleepers like myself regardless of the cons because that 10-15 min of coolness is amazing.
