This pillow weighs like 50lbs and goes flat when you sleep on it. If you try to readjust in the middle of the night it rips the sheets of due to weight!

I had been waking up with neck pain for a few months and I was buying a new pillow every other week it seemed. I got to try these out at my in-laws house and I woke up without any pain. I told my husband we had to get them and hope it wasn't also his dad tempurpedic bed that helped relieve the pain. We ordered these and while they don't stay as cold as they start, they still stay cool, my husband doesn't wake up sweating, and I wake up neck pain free. It has been amazing.

After reading the reviews the theme was give it a few days. The first night I thought it was too firm but the cooling technology was amazing. By night 3 I had gotten use to the pillow & can't sleep without it. If I travel it comes with me! I was someone who tossed & turned every night & would wake up 2-4 times a night. Not anymore. It is worth every penny if you're a side or back sleeper!

We got these pillows originally back in 2016 and they were the most amazing pillows. The support was great and the cooling was the best and keep cool most of the night, a quick flip to the other side easily fixed it. After 5 years the support on the pillow broke down so we decided to get a new set in 2021. The support and cooling was still okay, but within a year the firmness of the pillows broke down. So again bought new ones in January 2023 (these pillows didn't even make as long as there first set). These pillows are not even worth the money any more. They immediately go flat and don't offer any neck support and the cooling technology lasts for hardly a minute but the gel retains heat and makes the pillow more uncomfortable. They've obviously switched to cheaper materials since we originally purchased in 2016 and these are subpar, overly priced pillows that create more neck pain and sweaty nights. Tempur pedic has a not return policy on pillows so don't waste your time and money.

It was a horrible experience. I ordered the queen size breeze tempur-pedic pillow, and it's awful. I reached out to customer service after having the pillow for 3 nightss and they refused to refund the product. It's not the same company it used to be. The pillow is terrrible.

This company locks you into a non-refundable purchase. Which they clearly state pillows are non-refundable unless a defect is found or received damaged. The pillows received not only no longer gave off the cooling effect, they hurt my wife and I necks and shoulders tremendously. We reached out to customer service, horrible experience. She basically read from a statement card and said no refunds. I called again finally spoke with the warranty department and submitted a claim. After the claim was submitted they instantly denied it based on pictures. So the end result less than 15 days we have two pillows in the trash along with hundreds of our hard earned money. Never again will I or anyone I know personally buy from this company.
