Absolutely hate this pillow. I purchased two and thought with the price of two king pillows they'd be amazing. They are anything but. They are super heavy, immediately flatten to nothing and the "cooling" is a gimmick. Oh, don't forget if you hate them, you're stuck with them because no returns.

We just got a new Tempur-Pedic bed and I wanted to upgrade my pillow to heighten the cooling properties we were already enjoying. This pillow is cooling for sure - and if you wake up in the middle of the night turning it over is pure heaven! However, it is very firm, dense and heavy (I think it weighs 20 lbs) and it's been a learning curve for me. I've always had soft, fluffy pillows, but they don't give you much support and my new mattress is more firm so I needed a more firm pillow because I'm a side sleeper. I don't have any more back or shoulder pain, and since I can tilt my bed, having my head up a little also helps. It's taken a few weeks but I'm sleeping well on it now. All in all, it's not exactly what I expected, but it's probably what I needed!

I purchased this pillow at an Ashley furniture store and the cooling part cracked. First Ashley was not at all helpful with contacting Temperpedic. When i finally contacted them they replaced my pillow. Now 3 years later it has cracked and peeled away from pillow but company not doing anything to replace
