They're slightly cold when you lie down on them at the beginning of the night, but they don't maintain their coolness throughout the night. They get warm and I just end up flipping them side to side to get to the cool side just like my old pillows. Plus, I can't return them. Rip off. Not worth it.

Have stiff neck and hard to breath on these pillows

Please avoid this pillow if your body is on the thinner side or you haven't tried it in store. I have been a Royal customer with Tempur-Pedic for years. I'm really satisfied with my every purchase, either the pillow or the mattress, until recently I got two of this TEMPUR-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling - King pillows online. Then I realize I'm overly trusting the brand. I started to have stiff neck after I switch to these new pillows. When I first received the pillow I can't believe that the profile looked so high. And the profile of the pillow changed so much once I lay on it so that it can't support my head or neck properly. And the fact of its thickness makes me hard to breathe. It really frustrates me to use them. In the end, I have to mention the unfairness of the company's return policy as the pillow is listed as nonreturnable product. Customer can't return the product even when we has a health issue by using this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
