[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was as described and at first I thought I chose wrong because I told myself this product is way too soft but I don't know how so don't ask it stops about mid way and firms up I've had I while with this product the only can I have is as time goes on I feel like the cooling effect diminishes but other than that it's been amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the bed and pillow when they first came out years ago and swore to everyone I knew about them about the quality and how great it was for your sleep and for back issues. Last year (after 18 years of having the bed) I finally bought the newest bed and it is better then ever. Finally got to buy the pillow with the cooling and I am in love! I do have the other non-neck cooking pillows as well and they are great. With my back and neck issues though the neck pillow is a must!

I use two of these pillows stacked, because the are a little thin for my liking, but two of them make the prefect height for my head. They are extremely comfortable and they keep your head comfortably cool throughout the night. I highly recommend!

I wouldn't use this pillow in the cold winter but for the summertime, it's great. It's a bit strange in its density as I tend to slide off the pillow. That doesn't usually happen to me. Usually my head sinks into a fluffy soft pillow or it just sits there on a firm pillow. But if I don't put my head correctly on this pillow, my head starts to slide toward a side.
