This pillow is so gigantic. After sleeping on it for two months, neither myself nor my husband can get used to it and it hurts our neck. There is no return or exchange so it's such a waste of money. I can't believe Tempur-pedic won't do anything for us at least exchange for something.

So I'm a stomach sleeper. My husband is back sleeper. He has no issues. Me? Awful, I have neck & back pain. Its too firm & my neck is basically high up all night & its horrible. This is DEFINITELY not a stomach sleeper pillow, why would you advertise it as such? Just for more people to buy & not return. Thats not cool and not good business. Theyre deceitful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've purchsed several Tempurpedic pillows over the past 30 years. Never have I seen so little support or sagging directly out of the box. With very little pressure applied, the layers smashed down to the mattress...offering no support, improper neck alignment, and pain. My wife and I gave a shot with a nights sleep, however our fears came to fruition as we had a horrible nights sleep, achey neck/ back, and disappointed. This product was marketed as having multiple layers of cushioning, cooling gel layers and adaptive support. This definitley is not the case in the pillows we were sent. There must be some defect in the memory foam layering on these purchased pillows that need to be addressed.
