I have been a long time Tempur fan/customer and had some of their first generation pillows from way back....those were a bit too dense and could knock someone out cold in a pillow fight... I am a "all positions" sleeper and came across this pillow when I was researching---and wow! The extra cooling feature is perfect; and just the right amount of support is given. Not too hard, not too soft! I am very happy with this pillow and have been recommending it to friends and family in the market of buying a new pillow.

His parents told us they don't need more pillows so we didn't even open theirs and tried to return. Unfortunately, your company policy didn't let us. Now we still have 2 unopened pillows in the box at home, don't know what to do. We really wish there is better return policy of your company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the pillow very comfortable. It is thick enough that it supports my head in proper alignment. I purchased the pillow because of the advertised cooling gel. I found that it did not cool to my expectations. If I woke up my pillow was hot to the touch where my head rested. If I returned to bed 10 minutes later it was still the same hot temperature.
