Good for side sleeping, not for back

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like it for side sleeping but when I sleep on my back, I got a neck/head ache. Just too high and not enough give. Cool to start, but not necessarily after laying on it. Like it, but don't love it.
Pros: Good Support
Cons: Too Hard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is definitely the coolest pillow I've ever owned. I still get it hotter than my liking but this is the best i've seen. Highly recommend for hot sleepers. It is very heavy though.

I was determined to enjoy it; after a week of not giving in and going back to my old pillow I found that my neck didn't hurt after sleeping on it. It is so different from my old feather pillows. It is cooler and I no longer have neck issues
