I would say my sleep was superficial, meaning I was half asleep, half awake. But after investing some money in these pillows, now I sleep like a newborn baby. My sleep quality has improved, my days start with full energy, and my brain functions more smoothly. I'm even considering buying the Tempur-Pedic mattress too.
