These pillows definitely feel cooler than my other pillows

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillows are cool and confortable. The cooling is definitely noticeable compared to my other pillows. But they are HEAVY. Not necessarily a bad thing, but I do like to flip from side to side and sometimes move my pillows around. You get a mini nocturnal work out with these pillows.

It was way too firm and high at 6.4". It negatively impacted my sleep and I woke up with a stiff neck. No return or exchange permitted. Felt cheated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pillows are almost comically heavy. I didn't weigh them but I wouldn't be surprised if they weigh 15 pounds. They're also so "firm" you can't really bend them or manipulate them at all. They're almost like a big heavy bolster rather than a sleeping pillow. I should have read the return policy but I didn't because I know Tempurpedic allows you to return mattresses, but when I contacted them they told me pillows were "too personal" to return or exchange....not sure how a mattress is any less personal, but I guess those are the rules. They were over $100 each, and the only reason I even considered trying such an expensive pillow is because I thought the return policy was the same across the board, and I thought if they worked they'd be worth the money. I'm disappointed in the pillows and the policy. I threw them away and bought Slumber Cloud pillows, which DO have a 60 day try-out period. So do ALL of the other pillows I researched after I bought these, btw. I'm mad enough that will not buy any more products of any kind by Tempurpedic.
