They are comfortable while keeping me cool and they just allow my head to float on the top. I usually toss and turn in my sleep but not with these pillows. All sides are the cool side of the pillow and you can wash the outer cover. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

I love being able to sink down into my pillow and move around to a fresh, new, cool spot after a hard day's work. I also feel like I fall asleep quicker and stay asleep longer due to the cooling effects.

The cooling pillow is not comfortable. Have had tempur-pedic mattress and pillows for years but this one disappoints. Also if you don't read the return policy carefully you find out the 90 day sleep trial does not apply to a pillow. If you buy a pillow anywhere don't do it here.
