My only complaint is that it doesn't support my neck. I need something a little more firm. But this pillow is great for relaxing, just not a side sleeper who struggled with next support.

With neck issues I need a firm pillow and love that this pillow provides a cool surface all night long, just flip it. 2nd pillow not as firm/full as 1st, I wake up in a flat almost deflated spot and with neck pain.
