[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For anyone looking for a pillow that resembled the old LuxLiving Coconut Bliss, this is very close. This is as close as I've been able to get. You won't be disappointed. It's very heavy, has a decent pile. I needed two, but I also needed two of the Coconut Bliss.

I ordered a new one and couldn't wait for the pillow to arrive. When it arrived, it was not the same. Not only does it NOT cool, it doesn't weigh the same and it sinks flat when you lay on it. I am so disappointed and will never buy anything from this company again. Apparently, you can't return a pillow but can return a mattress.

The pillows had a horrible smell and, were supposed to be extra firm. When I sleep on them they go flat as a pancake. My experience was very bad! Would not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a older pillow for years that worked perfect. Nice and firm and i loved it. Used it at home and carried it all over the world with me for work. Problem was I had cut the tags off it and couldn't remember who made it. I spent way too much money buying other pillows to replace it and none could live up to what I had. I've got two bad shoulders and anything other than my "old favorite" would have me waking up in the middle of the night with a shoulder on fire. This new Tempur-Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling Pillow is actually better than my "old favorite". Makes me think the old pillow was some older version Tempur-pedic pillow. Haven't had a single case of shoulders on fire with this new one. I will be hauling this pillow all over the world just like the last one. One thing to note is that this pillow is a heavy sucker. I can see many heavy bag fees in my future. It's worth it though. The cooling part of the pillow does work, which is nice, but it wasn't the main reason for the purchase. Shoulders on fire in the middle of the night, I would have paid any price to get away from that. And this pillow does that.
