Huge Disappointment

After sleeping on this pillow for a year I am so disappointed in the quality and lack of sleep that I actually get. I constantly wake up with headaches, horrible neck and shoulder pain. This pillow is too high and not made for side sleepers. I find that I am constantly tossing and turning trying to find the right position. Total waste of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've struggled to find solutions to getting overheated while I sleep. This pillow has been a great solution. The cooling agent stays cool for a long time, and since there is cooling on both sides, when the coolant on one side wears off you can simply flip it over for a refreshingly cool sensation. Works great when you have a headache, too! Very supportive material keeps it's shape.
