[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillows felt cooler than what had been previously been used but it was not long lasting and they become very flat during use. Once flat there is very little head, neck support or comfort, pillows are very heavy too. unfortunately, they have been removed and we have returned to using older pillows. If there a refund process for these pillows I would like to return them?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Previously bought this same pillow years ago and it worked great for a while until it was a couple years old and the support just wasn't there. Bought two new for my wife and I but what we got this time around seemed to be solid for a week before they now just deflate so fast and give no neck support.
