They're so comfy that my bf says I fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow, which never happened before! It's the perfect level of firmness. Not too soft, Not too firm! And the cooking feature is great bc I get really hot at night! Would recommend to anyone!

I LOVE this pillow. I'm one of those people that are constantly flipping their pillow because I can't stand my pillow being hot. Ever since I've gotten this pillow I have not had to flip it, it stays cool all the time, it is such an amazing pillow, I ended up buying one for my fiancé for Christmas because he loves mine. You will not regret buying this pillow.

High quality pillow but too large

I really wanted to love this pillow. It is designed to keep you cool and for your head to melt into it for a comfortable sleep. Unfortunately, it's so thick and dense that my head sits on top of it and doesn't seem heavy enough to get into the pillow. Maybe it'll soften up over time. Otherwise, it's just a big, heavy pillow I have to move out of the way for my old pillow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
