[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly the pillow is amazing. Sleep is great. I can sleep on my back and side. not for belly sleepers.But they weight like 10 pounds. so you're going to have to some effort in, to flip the pillow, if wanted.

Honestly thought I had the perfect pillow until a week later pillow just went flat like my old one. Giving it a 2 star because the pillow does having a cooling effort when sleeping on it. That's about it.

On vacation our rental home had Tempur-Pedic pillows. Everyone in the house was so amazed at how well they slept with these pillows, especially my mother. She has not been sleeping well since my dad passed away. I have been searching for the right pillow for years and kept putting off this brand because of the price... which is crazy because I have spent so much money on horrible pillows. I hope some day to be able to afford a Tempur-Pedic matthress.

I was drawn to this choice because of the Cooling feature and because I love my Tempur Pedic mattress. Unfortunately, I found these pillows are heavy and left me with sore neck muscles. After sleeping on them, it was difficult to back my car up while turning my head to look back. These expensive pillows are back in my linen closet. Still searching.

I mistakenly only ordered one but when I contacted customer service they got everything figured out for me so easily! The customer service is great! My husband used to toss and turn all night, but now he sleeps peacefully. I used to have shoulder and neck pain but now don't suffer as much as I used to.
