[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow feels like it weighs 10 pounds. It's very hard but it does mold around your head. You do feel the cooling when your skin first touches it but after about 20 minutes it gets hot just like every other pillow. It has nice support but is obviously a bit pricy.

It is also nice and cool. The only downside is that it is heavy but it is worth it for how nice it is.
