[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the cooling aspect of the pillows, though they do warm up to you after a little bit. I still need to flip the pillow in the middle of the night to get a cool spot back. Which brings me to the fact that these pillows are heavy!! If you don't really have to have the long king size, I recommend getting queen size pillows (even for a king size bed) just to reduce the weight of the pillow.

It doesn't cool down and my head sinks in without any support on the neck. It's also really tall, I'm a side sleeper and if I keep my head in the middle of the pillow I feel like I'm going to suffocate.

I suffer from a discomfort in the neck for a long time, every morning my neck felt tense and sore. Since I and my wife bought two of this great pillow our neck pain disappeared, we got up well and with a restful sleep. Excellent pillow !!!

Only con is it's a bit too thick for my neck but perfect for my husband who's a man so fits his taller wider shoulder to bed mattress distance. I just prob another pillow up and it's great. So nice when I wake up w my insomnia during the night to flip pillow or slide my hand under it and that cold puts me right back to sleep!
