[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered a pair of the dual-sided cooling gel pillows as they were one of the few pillows that appeared to be a supportive yet not overly firm and we're available in a king bed size. Once we had them we almost immediately bought a second pair for our guest room bed. These awesome pillows support head and neck and contribute to a restful night. The only disadvantage is they are a tad heavy so you get a little workout when making the bed.

However, every pillow they have made since then has continued to decline to the current purchase being absolute trash. Extremely disappointed and tempur won't return pillows which makes this even worse! $400 wasted.
