[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Normally I don't write reviews unless I truly love a product and I don't like writing bad reviews because it just feels like complaining however I spent A LOT of money on two pillows and they are... mediocre quality. I'm unsure as to why they're called "cooling" because these pillows do not cool whatsoever. I was also under the impression that Tempur-Pedic were top-notch grade A quality products yet ever since I've used this pillow, I wake up with a sore neck. The pillow itself sinks almost flat and there is no support. I just can't bring myself to think of anything positive about these pillows. They're expensive, painful, and stay at the same temperature as your head. Unfortunately, I'm extremely dissatisfied with these pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I now have 2 sets of king size and 2 sets of queen size pillows (4 bedrooms). They are somewhat cooling, incredibly comfortable, and supremely supportive. I used to have a stiff neck and/or shoulder pain from time to time, making me buy new pillows every few months. Not anymore! The Cloud Breeze pillows are a bit heavy, especially in Kind size (well, Tempur material...). It is absolutely not a problem since I do not need to move them around the bed while I am sleeping. Highly recommended!

I have had neck pain and insomnia since I got this pillow. It is not for side sleepers. When you lay on it it sinks down to the mattress. It is not fluffy enough for side sleepers, and it does not hold it's shape. Even with a pillow underneath it it is still unusable. I accidentally threw away my receipt so now I'm stuck with it. The only pro I can list is that it is pretty cooling. Do not waste your money.

Pillow too thick and dense

I tried sleeping with this pillow and gave up after an hour of uncomfortable sleep. The pillow does feel cooler than other pillows but it is so thick and dense that my head is propped up too high. There's no neck support or way to adjust the filling - it's just a monolithic mass of foam.

OMG! Thank you because the pain is gone after 4 years! They are both soft and firm and work for when I'm on my back and in my side!
