[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a Tempur-Pedic client for years. Unfortunately, my favorite Tempur-Pedic pillow frozen & broke in two when I forgot it one day in my SUV during a winter storm in Montana. It was time to replace it anyway. I saw this pillow & called the pillow engineering professionals, they said that this pillow was basically the "new" one of what my old one was. So I bought two. It is very tuff, or stiff. Not at all like my last one. However it does have the cool side which I absolutely love. I wish things could stay the same. The whole if it's not broke don't fix it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I own practically every single pillow, and I love the cooling pillow because, as a side sleeper, it's firm enough to prop my head up without causing any neck pain. I cannot recommend enough!!

We have 4 tempur pillows and I was anticipating this being somewhat similar to our others we bought a few years ago. Boy was I wrong. These pillows literally disappear as soon as you touch them. There is very little supper for your actual head and unlike our other pillows they don't really fill in the gaps around your neck etc. we just ordered a mattress in medium hybrid, not I hope this isn't the material in the mattress.
