I have a tempur pillow that I bought 10 to 12 years ago. Held it's shape and I take it traveling with me. So I thought I would buy another with the cooling feature. The first couple of times of use I could feel the cooling feature for maybe an hour in the beginning of the night and nothing since. I have both pillows side by side on my bed as I like to roll from one side to the other. Literally no difference in the cooling feature to the other one. Disappointed as I love to be cool at night.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used Tempur-Pedic products for 30 years and needed to replace my pillow. The pillow is very heavy hard to move around when you're sleeping. The quality is great but my husband and myself do not care for it. I wish they had one that was lighter than this one.
