Firm to touch but no support to neck, not ideal for people that snore. I'm quite disappointed, especially knowing there's no returns.

It keeps us cool and the shape comes right back after a very long night twisting and turning due to a very very uncomfortable pregnancy. Wish I could buy two for my mom who has arthritis in her neck but lives abroad
