[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been looking for a quality pillow that doesn't completely collapse or isn't so firm you can't get comfortable. This pillow isn't it and for the money should be returnable but not an option. I can't find a feature other than the weight that would be positive! Too expensive, too heavy and doesn't meet the criteria I need for a pillow.

We never used them because of this but then Tempur-Pedic would not let me return, even used. I would not buy these pillows.

Been using this pillow for 45ish days now and it's terrible. My neck, which is the reason I main got a tempur pedic, has been terrible lately and the only thing that's changed is the pillow. My husband, who was so eager for a cooling pillow, gave up on this pillow after 1 night. 44 nights later and I'm joining him. Worst part is there is no trial period for pillows like they have for mattresses and these aren't cheap. So save your money and by the Cloud ones. Wayyy better.

It is truly cool as they claim and so comfortable. I am a back and side sleeper and this pillow works great for both positions. It is totally worth every penny

This product ways so much. It is a chore just to move the pillow of the bed. The firmness is not the same as a similar pillow from the same company. I am not impressed with this product at all. It is causing neck pain when sleeping. Do not recommend.

While it's great at cooling, it's doesn't stay full, it goes very flat. I love the Tempur-Pedicure brand, but this pillow isn't what I expected at all.
