We've had the king size cloud breeze dual cooling pillows for about a week now and so far so good! We switched from the coop pillows (which I loved!) and I must say these are probably right up there with them! Not as cooling as I was hoping for after you've been laying on them for a while but overall great pillows!

The biggest disadvantage for me was the thickness. I had bad migraines due to my neck not resting in a neutral position during sleep.

I think it's too firm for me, at times I wake up with a headache or my neck sore... and 1/2 the other no issue... I'm a side and back sleeper, mostly side. So I'm not sure if they have another pillow like this that is a little softer, if so I would like to exchange it and try it out. But, if you like firm pillows that stay cool then I would say give it a try.

They may be the worst pillows I have ever attempted to use, no support and extremely soft. I then called customer service hoping to exchange or return and they said that was against company policy and there was nothing that could be done.
